How to Deactivate BSNL Tunes?

1. SMS procedure: Type BT DACT and send SMS to 56700 (or) Type STOP and send SMS to 155223(TOLL FREE). You will get a list of all VAS services activated on your mobile no. 
2.  IVRS(dialling method): Dial 56702 and follow the instructions for deactivation of BSNL Tunes (or) Dial 155223(TOLL FREE).

BSNL Tunes Access Charges:

The BSNL Tunes Service is a chargeable service. BSNL will charge for registration/activation of BT service via SMS/IVRS. There will be charges for song selection only at the time of selection of song and also monthly fixed charges. The tariff sheet is as follows...

How to Set BSNL Tunes as a Ringback Tones?

It can be activated through any of the following ways.

1. SMS,
2. Dialling method(IVRS),
3. WAP(GPRS)/Internet/BSNL My App. and
4. Press *9 on your mobile to copy the song

1. BSNL Tunes Activation Procedure via SMS:

It is easy to activate BSNL tune through SMS process in 2 steps.

Step1: Registration - Type BT<space>ACT and send SMS to 56700 (eg: BT ACT sms to 56700).(Once BSNL Tune service is activated, BSNL default tune will be provided to the customer until customer chooses a song)

Step2: Song Selection - BT<space>song code and send SMS to 56700(eg: BT 1124365 sms to 56700) Once it is confirmed, the selected song will be set as Ringback Tune for callers

How to search Song Code:

If customer does not know the song code then get the song code by search method as mentioned here. 

Song Search - Type BT<space> REQUEST<space>song name jai ho to 56799(eg: BT REQUEST jai ho sms to 56799). Searching a Song is a Free service (for South & East Zone Customers)
Song Search - Type BT<space> SEARCH<space>song name jai ho to 56799(eg: BT SEARCH jai ho sms to 56799). Searching a Song is a Free service (for North & West Zone Customers)

2. BSNL Tunes Activation Procedure via IVRS(by Dialling):

Just dial 56700 and follow the instructions for activation of BSNL Tunes as a Ringback Tone.

Just dial *567# (Toll Free) - It is a USSD code

3. BSNL Tunes Activation Procedure through Internet Access:

Based on the location of customers, Customers can signup in respective BSNL Tunes Website for registration. After completion of registration, customers shall logon with their credentials to set the selected song as a BSNL Ringback Tune.
